Recently purchased an annual membership with SwiftPro after having three different HVAC companies over the last ten years. During our first of two annual maintenance inspections, the technician thoroughly went through his checklist asking if I had any problem areas along the way. That went fine. Unfortunately, one of the areas needing attention was over pressurization in one of our systems noted by a previous company. This technician didn’t have the equipment to measure that although every technician from my previous two companies measured the pressure routinely. Thus, it will cost me another visit and an additional $125 to diagnose something that should have been part of the original inspection. We will see if this is the beginning of getting nickeled and dimed until I move on to my 5th HVAC company.

From initial inquiry to the final product, SwiftPro has been amazing! Imagine the panic during the coldest winter the DMV has experienced in a few years, and your HVAC blower starts vibrating and making all sorts of "I'm about to quit" sounds...and your 86-year-old mother is in your charge. Yeah, that was the panic I had when I met Tyler Griffin and his SwiftPro team. Tyler's review of our old system and subsequent presentation of the options to replace it were spot-on and immediately calming. Lucky me, I already wanted a Trane, and it was an easy move to obtain the financing through SwiftPro as well. Painless! We opted for a duct cleaning, too, and oh, it was so worth it! No more sniffles and coughs from Mom and hubby. Aaron, Matt, Oscar, and Dave are so amazing at what they do, such pros! The time estimates were spot-on, and although we own a townhouse, I felt minimal disruption to my day. Can you say your new HVAC is pretty? Well, the inside unit and outside unit are exactly that and functionally deliver what SwiftPro promised. And thanks, David M., for the masterfully constructed filter box installation and for sharing the website to obtain the filters without breaking the bank. By choice, we live in the woods, and this new filter system will help us enjoy where we live, but without the allergens. This team is the real deal and really nice people, too, like the kind you want to hang out with. (Sniff, sniff) I feel 1000% confident going into the future with the products that were installed and the maintenance SwiftPro will provide. Thank you, All! New tenants in the rental property had a problem with their drain. Property manager sent their plumber said they snakeed the drain and could not solve the clog. Wanted $800 to snake the drain through the roof vent. Called Swift Pro and James Milligan solve the problem in 15 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars.

Great experience today with SwiftPro Cooling tech. Fixed my AC unit, no upsell, and scheduled a follow up visit to make sure it is still operating at efficiency. Recommend additional service within a few months. 100% recommend.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Prompt response (our AC went out on a 93 degree day), good communication and ease of scheduling an appointment. Technician was great - explained issues and recommended fixes - did not try to upsell me to anything I didn’t really need. Made a few suggestions to maintain the unit. Highly recommend.

Mr. Efrain Aguilar gave us excellent maintenance service. He kindly explained our questions with his in-depth knowledge. This is my first year with the company and pretty solid. Also, it is a breath of fresh air when you combine quality work with quality people.

Our water heater died on Friday night around 7:30pm. We called SwiftPro, and by 10pm we had quotes, a phone call explaining the options, followed by a signed contract and an appointment to have a new one installed Saturday morning. We’ve also used SwfitPro before for HVAC services, and each time they have been quick to respond, always pleasant to deal with, thorough in their work, and competitive and fair in their pricing. I would recommend highly recommend them to anyone.
