We have done a lot of work with these guys over the past month or so and been very pleased with their work and dedication to customer service. We were deciding between 3 different companies to solve a number of issues in our home including air quality and issues with our gas heat. The selling point for us was that the owner Tyler and one of his technicians Efrain came by to discuss all of our needs and how they might be able to help and we felt that they really thought through our problem and appeared more determined to resolve it than any other company that quoted us. They were also reasonably priced and we didn't feel it was high pressure sales at all. Most companies just want your money and aren't really interested in building a customer relationship. We did not feel that way with Tyler and his team. Tyler is very upfront and it's clear that he wants to solve the problem and build a long term relationship.We ended up going with a Mitsubishi inverter heat pump system, an Aprilaire fan powered humidifier, and a Fantech ERV, the latter of which I had researched and purchased and a piece of equipment very few companies in the area know how to do. The guys worked until 8 or 9pm getting everything running. And after installation Efrain came back to do the air balancing. A day or so later when we had an issue with our water heater because you can't have a gas water heater venting out an unlined chimney or it becomes an "abandoned water heater" and backdrafts, Tyler's team came back immediately, took out all our remaining gas lines and installed our new electric water heater the same day.Since then, the air quality in our house (which is an older home) is absolutely excellent. Our old house smell is gone. Even our house cleaner commented. The CO2 is at super low levels and was always high with our gas appliances and with even just a few occupants in the house. And the VOCs are generally always low as well, even often when cooking.We would highly recommend this particular system set up. It won't be as hot if you're coming from natural gas but it's very comfortable and it's excellent if you have air quality issues.Most importantly these guys are really top notch in terms of customer service (regardless of the system you go with) and will be our new hvac company from this point forward. We've already recommended them to neighbors experiencing the same issues and we'd highly recommended giving them your business.

Contacted SwiftPro because our HVAC system was buzzing. Moises arrived promptly. He quickly discovered that it was not an HVAC problem; it was a problem with the humidifier. He eliminated the buzzing sound (by disconnecting the humidifier) and gave us estimates for going forward with a new humidifier. Very friendly.

A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Today my toilet developed a pretty serious leak and no longer flushed properly. I turned off the water yet the leak remained. The price for the Trane system was significantly below what the competitors were offering, and every aspect of the installation process went very smoothly. When I had some trouble with the control panel after the installers had left, the owner, Tyler, got the technician immediately on the phone to correct my mistake. The added bonus is that the air quality of my home has clearly improved by reducing dramatically the use of my natural-gas burning furnace. Swiftpro's technician who did the installation of our new gas dryer was professional, did a good job and left no mess. They were on time & took away the old dryer (for a fee). Home Depot would have done it (for a fee) but Home Depot didn't realize that a gas technician needed to be there to disconnect the gas line.

I will definitely call on these folks again! Our heat pump was nearly failing, and Indira was able to send a technician out the same day. She also kept in touch to ensure the technician was on his way and to check on the status of the service. Our technician, Moises Rojas, was not only professional but also courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and presented us with options. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything beyond what was offered. Wish I had found this company sooner!

Highly recommend SwiftPro for HVAC and furnace works. SwiftPro replaced the furnace for me quickly, just in time before the cold days. They are very quick to response, their quote is reasonable. The installation was done professionally. They thoroughly tested the system. The water heater had some issue after the furnace install, and they quickly came and found the root cause of the issue, which was not related to furnace installation.

Wonderful experience with the SwiftPro Team. They installed 2 new heat pump systems in my large historic home with all new ductwork. It was a challenging project but Moises, Oscar and the team worked hard to make it happen. Eddie handled a bunch of handyman projects for us as well and did nice work. Juan Carlos and the electricians also worked hard to get all of our electrical upgraded with a larger service size and all new electrical panel. Tyler was great with communication and oversight. Extremely happy with my much more comfortable home!

Moises and his team made our experience replacing our 30 year old disorganized HVAC system with a new energy efficient TRANE system painless.
