SwiftPro HVAC did an excellent job replacing our AC system during a heat wave. Their price is reasonable and their service was friendly and professional. I want to provide my feedback for Edis and Rony who installed new HVAC system in my house. The guys were knowledgeable, worked efficiently and extremely accurately, patiently addressed my questions, came up with decisions tailored to my situation (townhome construction challenges impacting the air flow through four stories). They were polite despite working in 85+ degree heat the entire day. I will definitely recommend them out. Thanks to them my house feels like home again.

Nate did a fantastic job at a fantastic price! He came over SAME DAY during a heat wave to fix our air conditioning. He was knowledgeable and honest. We bought a membership so that next time we will have the air conditioner looked at in the beginning of the season rather than have a crisis during a heatwave.

Regular maintenance on min split.. Nate was great. Clean split inside and wash condenser outside. Very affordable.

This company is amazing - they came to look at our (very old) HVAC system on Monday and had us up and running by Thursday during a very high demand week. Tyler, the owner, was also very thorough and helpful to figure out what replacement was the best one for us considering our budget, and when there was an error on our thermostat the next day, Derek was there in hours to fix it. Very professional, personable, and great value.

These folks are good. They did a good job with a complicated installation and left the workspace as clean as they found it. Good work doesn’t come cheap but I seriously doubt that I’ll ever have to think or worry about the quality of their work.

As the NoVA weather shifted from cool and rainy to excessive humidity, our A/C gave up! As my husband, pup, and I huddled in one room in front of a fan holding ice cubes with all of the lights off, we reached out to any service we could find and SwiftPro responded immediately and was at our home in less than 24 hours! Moises Rojas was our technician and he was STELLAR! What a professional! He gave us a thorough evaluation of our unit, fixed the problem quickly, and provided recommendations for us to consider without pressure. Understanding that this is a luxury problem to have, we are so grateful. Thank You Moises and SwiftPro! We will be returning customers!

Kieran is an excellent Master Plumber at SwiftPro!.
He is knowledgeable, efficient and understands how to respond to Customer concerns. He and Christian worked well together to replace my Bathroom Faucet.
I appreciate that Kieran, requested I send him photos prior to his Appointment.
He anticipated what my needs were and validated it on his arrival.
That kind of Proactive Planning in Service is highly valued and Extremely Rare in today’s society.
Kieran and Christian were respectful toward each other and worked as mutually confident and competent colleagues.
In addition to replacing the Faucet, they recognized the Water Valves beneath the Sink needed replacing.
After explaining the additional work that would be required tgey told me they needed to re-evaluate the initial estimate.

They answered any questions I had about the job.
I will definitely seek SwiftPro out for future Plumbing needs and will request Kieran.

Finally, As a bonus, Christian pointed out that I had a Wasp Nest — right in my Front Doorway.

Moises returned to install the recommendations from his previous visit. Again he was prompt and professional. Left his work area cleaner than when had arrived.

Additionally, we opted to have our ducts cleaned, as well. This time was with Aaron. Aaron was right on time and got to work right away. He communicated his work effectively and gave continual updates throughout the process. Another 5 ⭐️ from me.

We contacted SwiftPro last Friday because our toilet would not fill with water. They were able to send out Kieran who is a plumber we had worked with previously when he was an independent contractor. Kieran arrived promptly and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly. We appreciated the same day service at a reasonable price.

Mr. Moises Rojas, one of SwiftPro's HVAC Techs/Service Managers, came out to my place to do an annual check-up of my First Co. WCX-12 series thru-the-wall condensing unit on May 29, 2025. He did a very professional job and issued a very complete and detailed report summarizing the status of all components of my system and what items needed to be watched over most carefully during the coming year. The services he performed were done in a timely and efficient manner and I certainly will set up another service call and annual check-up of my home system for next year with him and SwiftPro. I cannot recommend SwiftPro and Mr. Rojas highly enough. Good job!

David MacClary, Oscar, and Aaron Kwon were the techs that worked on our Trane HVAC installation and vent cleaning today. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the ease of everything. Top notch work that gave us a peace of mind. As a home owner, that is everything. I would highly recommend them.

SwiftPro sent a professional and skilled technician to solve my AC problem. He is Moises Rojas, who has rich experience and knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. The running AC without airflow made me upset. Thanks to him, he identified the issue, answered the questions patiently, provided the well explained solutions, and even provided same day repair. The problem was refrigerator leaking, and he conducted a leak test for both inside and outside units. And then successfully fix that. Thanks again!

Alex did a fantastic job fixing a leak at my place. He actually showed up a little earlier than expected, which was a great surprise, and got everything done efficiently before it got dark. His pricing was very reasonable, and he worked with care and professionalism.

What really stood out was that he didn’t just stop at the plumbing — he also connected me with a drywall pro to take care of the ceiling once it dries. A huge ‘thank you’ to Kieran for an amazing job of replacing our boiler. I am thrilled he was able to find a better sized boiler that fitted perfectly into our small space, (compared to our old boiler that jutted out into the walk-through). We had a mini split ac/heat unit installed. They were here when they said they would be, were very professional, and did a very nice job.

We had Kieran over again for some plumbing repairs and, as always, he was super efficient and did a great job. We always enjoy chatting with him about shared experiences in Ireland.

I used SwiftPro in April 2025 to replace a gas furnace and a traditional A/C unit with a heat pump. It was a really, really good experience from first to last. The gentleman who inspected my old equipment and prepared estimates for me (Tyler) was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all sales-y, which I appreciated. He answered all my questions and was quick to follow up when he didn’t know, rather than guessing or making something up. (I talked to FIVE other companies, but picked SwiftPro. Believe me when I say that not every company was the same.) The installation crew (David, Oscar, Mike) was superb - prompt, professional, thorough, respectful of my home, friendly, and really good to work with. I asked a bunch of follow-up questions, and they answered every one to my satisfaction. You can’t ask for much more than that, in my opinion. Their prices were reasonable (again, I compared six vendors - I made sure!), and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the greater Fairfax/Alexandria area without reservation. I hope not to need them again, but if I did, I would call them in a heartbeat.

They managed to come the same day that I called about a leak which was helpful. They cut into my ceiling (where the leak was coming from), identified it, and was able to fix it there and then. Much appreciated and seemed a reasonable price.

I had an outstanding experience with SwiftPro! They installed a new Trane AC system and performed duct cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team arrived exactly on time at 8 a.m., and the four technicians worked seamlessly together, showing exceptional coordination.

They were incredibly friendly and courteous, patiently answering all my questions and providing a clear timeline for completing the job. David and Oscar took care of installing the new condenser outside and the coil inside, while Alex and Aaron handled the duct cleaning with professionalism and expertise.

SwiftPro also offered a very competitive price, making the whole process even more satisfying. I’m thrilled with the results and will absolutely consider them for future HVAC improvements.

Service technician Aaron K provided excellent service servicing cleaning my dryer vent. He was meticulous cleaning up dryer vent with specialized vacuum system and answered all my questions. I would definitely use swift pro again and am happy with the results.

Honest and trustworthy advice received on managing a leak upstream that exceeded the scope of this company. We were given recommendations for contacting Fairfax Water and suggestions for improving outdated plumbing valves in the future (after this expensive problem is solved). They also provided advice on items that should be included in our requests for estimates. Very helpful, highly recommended!

SwiftPro replaced our Heat Pump that serviced the 2nd story of our home with a new Inverter Heat Pump. The air handler was in the attic which makes for a difficult install. David, the lead tech/installer, and his assistants on the job were on time, very professional, took all necessary precautions to protect the residence during the install, kept me informed of their plan and progress, and completed the install on time. Moises is SwiftPro's service manager and he made the initial inspection, diagnosing the problem with the heat pump that was replaced. I was very pleased with David, Moises and SwiftPro personnel. I recommend Swiftpro.

We’ve used SwiftPro for installing a humidifier at our home. They are pretty responsive and have been very fair and reasonable when it comes to their pricing .
Alex definitely was very patient in addressing all of our questions and walked us through the various humidifier options available and what’s the optimal option based on budget , size of home and type of use . This was followed by Efrain’s attention to detail and meticulousness during the installation process .
Highly recommend and would be in the top of list for the next project
