Our story

The People Behind SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

At SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, everything we do is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: people matter most. Founded by Tyler Griffin (a lifelong builder, neighbor, and entrepreneur) SwiftPro is a local, family-owned company that exists to bring integrity, reliability, and real human care back to the trades.

We’re not just here to fix systems, we’re here to build something better: a company where customers are treated like neighbors, employees feel valued, and quality always comes before profit.

Long before SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Tyler was swinging a hammer alongside his parents, helping turn an old barn into a family home and launching small home-based businesses. It was there, surrounded by sawdust and strong values, that he discovered what it means to take pride in your work and serve others with care.

He carried those lessons with him through every step of his journey, from laboring in the field to leading high-performing teams across multiple states. He’s seen both sides of the industry: the fast, faceless way and the right, relationship-driven way. SwiftPro was built to be the latter.

With years of hands-on experience and a mission to do things differently, Tyler created SwiftPro to bring speed with service, performance with purpose, and family values to every job.

You get the price up front, before anything starts. No hidden fees, no pushy sales, and if a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we’ll tell you.

One company, two trades

Heating and cooling has its own team and plumbing has its own. When a problem crosses the line, like a leak that turns out to be AC condensate, both teams work for the same company, so nobody points at somebody else.

Local, and staying that way

We’re not a franchise. We work Northern Virginia only, out of Chantilly, so the people who install your system are the same company that picks up when it needs a tune-up.
