Financing · Northern Virginia
A new system, from $108 a month.
That is a 3 ton furnace and AC spread over 15 years, on approved credit. The card shows what the same system costs on the five year plan at 0% interest, which is the one most people should take. Set the calculator below to your own house and every number on this card moves with it.

The calculator
Your house, your number.
Two things to set: what you are replacing, and roughly what it costs installed. Then read the three payments. The low and high ends are real installed prices for that system in Northern Virginia, not a national average.
- 1
Size is in tons, which almost nobody knows off the top of their head. The rule of thumb here is one ton per 500 to 600 square feet, so an 1,800 square foot house is usually 3 tons. It is also on the label on the outdoor unit. Guess, and we measure it properly for free before anything gets ordered.
- 2
$9,900$20,900
Do not know yours? The slider starts near the low end of what that system actually costs installed. Drag it up if your job is bigger, or run the estimator and it will ask about your house for two minutes and land on a number.
Over 3,000 square feet usually means two systems. This is the price of one, and the in-home measurement will confirm it.

Costs least overall
No interest at all. You pay the price of the system and nothing on top of it, and it is gone in five years.

A smaller payment than the 0% plan, and you carry it for about half as long as the 15 year one.

Smallest payment
The lowest monthly number here. It is also the one that costs the most in the end, because you carry it the longest.
Take the shortest plan you can comfortably carry. Same system, same install, same warranty whichever you pick. The only thing that changes is how long you carry it and what the carrying costs.
These are estimates, and every one of them depends on credit approval. SwiftPro is not the lender. The rate, the term and the approval come from Wells Fargo or GoodLeap, and the installed price is confirmed by a free in-home measurement before anything is signed.
Who lends the money
Two partners, and we are neither of them.
SwiftPro is the contractor. The lender holds the account. That is why we can show you the plans on this page but cannot tell you which one you will get: that decision is theirs, not ours. Both are national lenders who work with home services contractors, and between them they cover every job we finance.
Wells Fargo
The one most SwiftPro customers use. Wells Fargo runs the Home Projects card, which is a revolving account you can use again later on the same house.
GoodLeap
Longer terms on the bigger jobs, and the second place we go if Wells Fargo is not the answer you wanted.

Usually an answer the same day
Sometimes within the hour. You will know the amount and the plans you qualify for before you commit to anything.
We measure the house
Free, in person, no charge if you walk away. The estimate is the estimate, and financing does not move it.
You pick the plan
Shortest, middle or longest. Then we schedule the install, often the next day.
Not only furnaces
Most of what we do can be financed.
- Heating and cooling systems. Furnace and AC, heat pump, furnace only, AC only, ductless. The calculator above prices all five.
- Water heaters. Tank and tankless. This is the one people finance on a Saturday, because a dead water heater does not wait. See the tiers.
- Plumbing. Repipes, main line work, sewer replacement and trenchless lining, where the number is big enough that spreading it makes sense.
- Duct work. Replacing runs, sealing, adding returns, usually alongside a system.
- Repairs, when they are large. A compressor or a heat exchanger can cost more than some installs, and it can go on a plan too.
Already know the job is small? Check the coupons before you finance anything, and if you are weighing repair against replacement the cost calculators will get you a number in a minute.
Before you finance anything
Make sure the price is right first.
A low monthly payment on an inflated price is still an inflated price. These are verbatim from Google, picked because they are about the number rather than the smile.
My 21-year-old A/C unit died. The easy-to-find internet contractors and referral services quoted me twice to triple the SwiftPro price and tried to lock me into unneeded gold-plated service agreements. Their agent, Rich, checked the A/C unit and coil, the electric box and the thermostats before presenting my options, without trying to upsell add-ons. Install was within a week.
Excellent price and service. Had our AC/heating system replaced. Gave us a great price and top-quality install. Can’t say enough good things about them.
SwiftPro just finished replacing our 2 HVAC systems and cleaning our ducts. Tyler was very thorough, honest and fair helping us choose the right equipment. David and his crew were wonderful to deal with.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
If yours is not here, call or text (703) 997-9757 and ask a person.
How much is a new system a month?
A 3 ton furnace and AC runs $9,900 to $20,900 installed in Northern Virginia, so the honest answer is a range. Over 15 years that is about $106 a month at the bottom of it and $224 at the top. On the five year 0% plan, about $165 to $348. Set the calculator to your own system and price for the number in the middle. Every figure is on approved credit and the lender sets the final terms.
Do I need perfect credit?
No. There is more than one lender and more than one programme, and the shorter 0% plans and the longer low-rate plans do not ask the same things of a credit file. We will not know which one you qualify for until you apply, and applying does not commit you to the work.
Is there a down payment?
Usually not. Plenty of our customers finance the whole job, and plenty put part of it on a card or a check and finance the rest. Both are normal and neither changes the price.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, and on the 0% plans that is the whole point: clear the balance inside the promotional window and you pay the price of the system and nothing else. Ask the lender to confirm how the promotional period works on the plan you are approved for.
Does financing change the price of the job?
No. The estimate is the estimate. We price the work before payment ever comes up, which is why the price ranges on this page are the same ones our estimator publishes.
Who actually lends the money?
Wells Fargo and GoodLeap. SwiftPro is not the lender: we are the contractor, the lender holds the account, and the rate, the term and the approval are theirs.
What can I finance besides heating and cooling?
Water heaters, plumbing repairs, repipes, sewer work and duct work. Most of what we finance is a full heating and cooling system, but a water heater on a Saturday is a common one.
How do I apply?
Call or text (703) 997-9757. It takes a few minutes on the phone and you usually have an answer the same day. You can also book a free in-home estimate first and sort the payment out once you know the real number.

The small print on every number on this page
All financing is provided by third party lenders and is subject to credit approval. SwiftPro Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Rates, terms, promotional periods and approval amounts are set by the lender, vary by applicant, and may change without notice. Every monthly figure on this page is an estimate produced by the calculator above from the installed price you selected, and is not an offer of credit, a quote, or a commitment to lend. Actual payments depend on the amount financed, the plan you are approved for and the lender’s own terms, which are disclosed to you in the credit agreement before you sign anything. Installed price ranges are the same ranges published by the SwiftPro HVAC estimator and cover a standard replacement in Northern Virginia; your price is confirmed by a free in-home measurement. Promotional 0% plans require the balance to be paid in full within the promotional period, and the lender’s agreement governs what happens if it is not. Financing availability is not a guarantee of approval.
