Are these reviews real?
Yes. The Google feed on this page pulls live from our Google Business Profile, and we can’t edit it. Every quote names the platform it came from, and every platform is linked. Run the four checks at the top on us, then on anyone else you’re considering.
Do you pay for reviews or offer anything for one?
No. We ask every customer for a review after the job, and that’s the whole system. SwiftPro doesn’t write, buy, edit or remove reviews on any platform, and we don’t offer discounts, gift cards or entries into anything in exchange for one. It’s also why our scores aren’t identical everywhere.
How did you work out the 4.88 combined score?
Each platform’s rating is multiplied by the number of reviews that platform actually has, those are added up, and the total is divided by 1,093. It covers Google, Angi, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau and Facebook. Facebook shows recommendations instead of stars, so each recommendation counts as a 5.0. The tape on this page shows every line.
Why is your Yelp rating 4.5 when Google is 4.9?
Different platforms, different audiences, different filters. And we’ve had unhappy customers. The 4.5 stays on this page, linked, next to everything else. A company showing you the same perfect score everywhere is showing you something curated.
What’s the free second opinion?
If another company quoted you a repair or a replacement on your heating, cooling, water heater or plumbing, we’ll come out, look at the actual equipment, and give you our read and your options in writing. No charge and no obligation. If the first company got it right, we’ll tell you.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates on installs and replacements are free, and so is the second opinion on a big heating, cooling or plumbing quote. A diagnostic visit on something that’s already broken is a service call, and we tell you what it costs before we come out.
Who actually shows up at my house?
A SwiftPro technician who works the trade you called about. We keep a dedicated heating and cooling team and a dedicated plumbing team instead of training everybody to do a bit of both. Plenty of problems cross the line between the two (a leak that turns out to be AC condensation is a common one), and having both under one roof means nobody points at another company.
