We were hosting our daughter's college graduation party and our A/C was not cooling the house...a quick check outside confirmed my worst fear that the outside unit fan was not working. I immediately made a call to SwiftPro at 5:45 and Tyler returned my call very quickly and explained that their crews were winding down for the day, but he would call around to see if he had someone that could come out to check on our A/C units.
Within 20 minutes, I got a call from SwiftPro confirming that David would be at the house within 30 minutes...right on time David was at the front door and ready to get us back operational. David's expertise allowed him to quickly pinpoint the problem, a switch on the outside unit, David had the part on his van, quickly replaced the switch and the cold air started flowing again.
Not only do I appreciate their professionalism and expertise, but their willingness to come to our home after hours after what I am sure was a long and grueling day for David. I decided to replace my HVAC system and called Swiftpro and Jevon Y came out to consult with me to formulate an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so I decided to proceed. The service that was given during the consultation and install, was top notch and in todays culture it is very hard to get both a reasonable price with good service, I was impressed and I will definitely recommend Swiftpro along with Jevon Y to anyone thinking about servicing and or replacing their HVAC systems.

I came home from travel at 5pm on a 90F day and my home was 103F! I spent over an hour trying to call 10 different HVAC companies and either they didn't answer, referred me to a voice mail, or responded, but told me that they could come tomorrow (even though they claim 24-hour service and urgent service). Given the 103F in the house, that was unacceptable. Then I called SwiftPro and it was different. They answered the call, and told me that they had a technician was on another job but he would come once he was done. Jamie arrived around 8pm, and he did a great job in carefully diagnosing the problem, and finding it to be to be a malfunctioning thermostat rather than an expensive AC repair. He replaced it, also gave advice on maintenance of the HVAC unit. He was very professional and knowledgable and the cost was very reasonable. My house is now back to normal temperatures and I am a very happy customer.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Alex and the SwiftPro team. Their prices are fair, they are honest and take the time to explain the options they suggest for the work we needed to have done. We needed to have a ductless min-split a/c and heat pump unit installed in a room over our garage. Edis and Rony were the two that came and did the actual install. They were friendly, took the time to show me what they needed to do and offered suggestions for parts of the job that proved to be a little more challenging. They were thorough making sure everything was installed and running well, cleaned up afterward, and walked through how to use the unit before they left. Today was 96 and felt like 110 outside and my office was a cold 73 degrees. After enduring a very hot office for the past several years, I am so grateful!

I want to provide my feedback for Edis and Rony who installed new HVAC system in my house. Nate did a fantastic job at a fantastic price! He came over SAME DAY during a heat wave to fix our air conditioning. He was knowledgeable and honest. This company is amazing - they came to look at our (very old) HVAC system on Monday and had us up and running by Thursday during a very high demand week. SwiftPro sent a professional and skilled technician to solve my AC problem. He is Moises Rojas, who has rich experience and knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. The running AC without airflow made me upset. Thanks to him, he identified the issue, answered the questions patiently, provided the well explained solutions, and even provided same day repair. The problem was refrigerator leaking, and he conducted a leak test for both inside and outside units. And then successfully fix that. Thanks again!
