Today your man Alex came to show me the pros and cons of a mini split for my house, especially for one room in the house, a bedroom. I was most impressed with his presentation and his care and his sensitivity to my concerns. I do not think I will invest in a mini split. But he and I talked about,which was his idea of replacing my heat pump that's not working. I hope that he will come back and give me an estimate for it, or to see if it just neefs servicing. He will work up a diagnostic for it and we will proceed from there.0 I'm very interested in replacing it if if indeeds needs replacement. I recently had SwiftPro hvac inspect my heating system for the fall season. I was impressed by the knowledge and skill displayed by Jamie during his visit in my condo. Unlike many of the large hvac contractors, SwiftPro actually encourages the customer to asks questions. I was so impressed by this company and Jamie that I intend to join a maintenance program.

Jaime was the technician assigned for our appointment. He was punctual, polite, and professional! He was very knowledgeable and experienced, took the time to explain the issue and what he was going to do. At the end he asked if I had any questions and said he would be back in a week to make sure the unit is running correctly. This was a very good experience!

Great experience with the install team.

My 20-year-old furnace in my townhouse decided to break down during the record-breaking cold of December 2022. It was the coldest Christmas week in Northern Virginia history, and Moises and Oscar drove through terrible rush hour traffic to get my unit working again ASAP, saving both Christmas and possibly my life (seriously -it was really cold!). My wife and kids were incredibly grateful.

Moises is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He’s kept my old HVAC system running through brutal summers and frigid winters. When other companies provided expensive repair quotes, he offered second opinions that saved me thousands of dollars.

The SwiftPro team has also assisted with new construction, installing a new Trane heat pump HVAC system that delivers perfect heating and cooling efficiency. This was the 1st time I used SwiftPro and was pleasantly surprised. I was very happy with Tyson. He was very knowledgeable but he was also very patient when I tried to explain what I needed done. He willingly looked at all the plumbing issues I was having in my new house and he did not even charge me for his time. I find the office staff to also be polite and helpful. I'm glad I discovered this company. I got an estimate for the water heater and other items and I plan to have them do the work.

The service technician, Aaron, was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He listened to our concerns carefully and addressed them effectively. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning service. He thoroughly cleaned both return vents and all supply registers. He also replaced our HVAC ceiling return vent cover and our dryer vent hose. He documented all of his work with photos. Yesterday, August 13, I made an appointment with SwiftPro because my air-conditioning had completely stopped. Within an hour of calling, a SwiftPro serviceman named Efrain came to the house. He was extremely thorough, spending over an hour, ensuring that he recognized all possible breakdowns in the air conditioning of my home. After he finished, he provided me with a detailed explanation of the problems with the air conditioning. He also promised in short order to provide me with an estimate of the cost of replacement of any materials he found faulty.
The only cost to me to date has been to pay for the inspection. That cost was $99 for Efrain's inspection and, should I use their services the $99 will be deducted from the cost of the repair.
I can say without reservation,, given the timelines, thoroughness and explanations ,that Efrain brought to the job, this was a very good experience for me when I had expected nothing but problems

I requested an estimate for a complete replacement of my old heat pump. Alex Hittle was my estimator. I have had many estimators come to my home for many projects but never have I had anyone do such a complete replacement and professional job of explaining the process and procedures of replacing a product. He explained all of the purchasing programs that were available and explaining options available with each option. Straight up, Alex is one experienced HVAC professional. If you are looking for someone who knows the business, you can’t go wrong with Alex. I highly recommend him for your needs.

These guys are the real deal. They worked really hard to get the business, they want it, they’ll do anything required to get the AC to work at its full potential, thier prices are better than any of these horrible alternatives, they get the job done quick. My AC went out in August these guys had a new one up in less than a few days. They also offer financing that was really impressive. Stop looking, just do yourself a favor and go with them.

Our furnace fan died before a 3-day holiday weekend, in a period of high humidity. We were not too concerned that it took about a week to notice the failure, get a diagnosis, order the part, and replace it. But what that combination triggered – exacerbated by an undiscovered open gap in a pipe intended to exhaust humidity to the outside -- was an explosion of mold in our basement apartment bathroom and furnace room.

Another company had been contracted to deal with the mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls as well as that which was beginning to cover the surface of everything in the area. That company did not handle the air ducts, leaving us to research and find SwiftPro and Aaron.

Under such circumstances, it is not often you begin to quickly feel trust in what someone is telling you what is needed to fix the issue. It did not take long at all to experience that rarity with Aaron of SwiftPro. It was Aaron who noted the continued high humidity in our furnace room, leading eventually to the discovery of a gap in the pipe that was pumping humidity gathered by the furnace right back into the room.

This is a company whose expertise and knowledge is evident in the entire crew who came to address the issues with our air ducts. Already trusting Aaron, we found Luke and Jamie showed the same friendliness and skill already entrusted in Aaron.

They were thorough and unintrusive in their work. They cleaned and fogged our ducts, both metal and fiberglass, on all three levels of our house, using air scrubbers to filter out airborne particulates during the cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned the furnace (coils, blower, housing) and installed a permanent air scrubber in the furnace plenum to filter out any remaining and future mold spores. Their service includes coming back in a month to evaluate any bacterial growth in the ductwork and address any other concerns we may have.

Great company to work with, even on plumbing (special shoutout to Nate). I solicited several quotes for replacement of a 23yr old, 3rd-floor gas water heater from prominent NOVA plumbing companies. Nate at SwiftPro responded the fastest, was the most communicative, and scheduled the replacement sooner than anyone else could-all for the most competitive price. He talked through my options and got me the exact model I wanted as a replacement, rather than pushing a preferred brand. Even more importantly, he identified an unrelated possible weakness in my HVAC condenser drain setup and seamlessly integrated a mitigation into his quote for the WH replacement. The SwiftPro installers did great work, and creatively addressed a vent compatibility issue without needing to pause the project or rent expensive extra equipment. The whole job passed final permit inspection with no issues. All told, SwiftPro is a professional outfit, and I feel quite comfortable turning to them for future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I got a few estimates to install a humidifier. Well moises was my technician that came out he was very knowledgeable explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. I hired him on the spot they came 2 days later to install my humidifier and a few other things at a very responsible price. Also during insulation they walk me through how the system runs and everything to look out for and what to do they even cleaned my utility room and for me that was impressive no one helps me clean so I was extremely happy the job they also installed was neat and clean very professional workmanship I will recommend to anyone and will use them again for sure

Recently had my old through the wall AC unit cleaned and serviced by Efrain and Aaron from SwiftPro. They did a very thorough job and got it functioning again. It was very difficult to remove and replace, but they succeeded.
Efrain clearly is an expert in AC systems. Prior, he had determined the issue and what needed to be done. He noted significant internal deterioration (rusted metal) inside the unit which was causing unstable fan support and noise. After a thorough cleaning, he added an aluminum support to solve that issue and allow the fan to spin freely again. No fan hitting noise. Despite being an old unit, he patiently worked on it to make it function as best possible. Someone who is willing to work on an old unit versus “just replace” is a gem. Much appreciated!!
Because the unit was so heavy, Aaron provided the helping hands for Efrain. Normally working a different area of SwiftPro, as part of the job, he was asked to do some external frame work once the unit was reinstalled. The exterior wood frame sealing the opening had deteriorated and needed coverage to protect the underlying wood. Despite not having done this before, he figured it out successfully. I was super impressed at his careful meticulous approach, attention to detail, and insistence on having it look good. Also really very noteworthy was his calm and upbeat demeanor during the whole effort despite aspects of the work that could have really frustrated someone. He is a gem also!

20/10 recommend! We had Moises and Felix come install a dehumidifier & fresh air system to our home and they worked extremely hard to get the job done! They were incredibly kind, knowledgable and patient with our (MANY!) questions. The area for installing the new system was a very tight space and Moises worked very diligently to find the only system that would actually fit where we needed it to.

They have team meetings and the team weighed in on the issue we were having, so you know you're getting a solid fix to any problems you're dealing with. We had at least 3 different kinds of contractors come in an weigh in on the issue we were having and no one could fully confirm or clearly verbalize what the actual issue was. Moises walked around the entire home, inside and out, looked at where the leak/dampers/vents were and is confident we've found the solution.
