Did a great job replacing a water heater and fixing a leak.
I want to highly recommend SwiftPro. Moises and Ephram did such an amazing job diagnosing our need and then completing all the tasks. When you know the work being completed is by trustworthy, competent tradesmen it relives any concern of needing to manage the work. We added a humidifier to our HVAC as my wife is a pianist needing moisture controlled for her piano. We also got both HVAC systems their annual service which, like most people, was many years late. Something I hadn’t even considered were the batteries replaced in the controllers that Ephram replaced without being asked. Lastly, our fireplace gas logs haven’t worked in three years. I asked if Ephram had a place he recommended and instead he said he could take a quick look. In about three minutes he determined the problem to be the electric switch, showed me the part number, and suggested I buy a replacement for $5 from Amazon. Where do we find service like this.
Also, thanks to the owners, Tyler and Lily, who both were in communication with us throughout the process from keeping us informed of when the materials were arriving, which date/time the workers would be starting, and then professionally documenting all work completed.

SwiftPro is so reliable and QUICK to come out to get the job done. We had some strange noises happening with our system one night and someone came out the next day to take care of it in. I really liked Rich’s high knowledge level concerning HVAC systems, that he didn’t try to oversell me on my equipment needs, and his ability to work with me on the pricing. I believe that I received a top notch system at a reasonable price. The equipment replaced was a Trane electric heat pump system including air handler at 20 years old. It was replaced with a new Trane system.
Tyson C was extremely knowledgeable and informative with the plumbing services provided. He represented SwiftPro with integrity and honesty. He was punctual, attentive to detail and provided me with multiple solutions that best fit my situation. SwiftPro came out same day to assess my system, provided a diagnosis and a quote to me on that initial visit and within 24 hours I had a completely new installed Carrier HVAC system. Nii is the best. He’s been to the house twice - once for a galvanized to PVC piping change-out, and another time for a badly clogged kitchen line that wouldn’t budge with my snake and a good bit of effort. Super nice guy, very skilled, fair, calm, etc. Exactly what you want in a plumber.

Picture this: It’s 3AM, 30 degrees outside, and my furnace decides to audition for a hummingbird documentary instead of heating my house. No heat, no sleep, and a growing sense that I might start wearing every hoodie I own at once.
Back in August, I had quotes lined up for a full AC/furnace split system replacement, thinking I’d be proactive. Fast forward to December—procrastination met karma. I frantically called the “favorites” from my quote list. Spoiler alert: everyone was booked solid for 72+ hours.
Enter Yelp. I posted a “New Project” like a desperate SOS flare, and Jay from SwiftPro responded at 5AM. Yes, FIVE. AM. Who does that? Heroes, that’s who. We set noon, then he messaged back: “Actually, we can be there at 9.”
Rich Kelly showed up, tape measure in hand, and answered every question like he wrote the HVAC encyclopedia. Then came the quote—let’s just say my jaw hit the floor harder than my frozen toes. And this was peak cold season! One condition: install tomorrow. Rich made a call, and two minutes later, it was locked in.
Next morning, Dave MacClary and his green apprentice arrived like HVAC Avengers. Rain? No problem. They worked efficiently, educated me on air scrubbers, recommended duct cleaning (because apparently my ducts were auditioning for a dust storm), and wrapped up in 6–8 hours. The install looked flawless.
These guys have only been in business for about a year and a half, but their professionalism and hustle make them feel like seasoned pros. I almost don’t want to share this review because I want them all to myself—but good work deserves recognition. I’ll be signing up for their membership because, honestly, why would I ever call anyone else?

Called SwiftPro for help with our humidifier. SwiftPro had a tech available same day. Steven was able to troubleshoot the issue in a few minutes and got it repaired quickly. Additionally, we had him install our new smart thermostat. We were up and running in no time. Another 5 ⭐️
Moises completed the spring service for our HVAC system. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Moises returned to install the recommendations from his previous visit. Again he was prompt and professional. Left his work area cleaner than when had arrived.

I was looking for an HVAC company to do yearly maintenance on my systems, after I became unhappy and disillusioned with my last company.
After a lot of searching and reading reviews, I came across SwiftPro. I scheduled an appointment with them and on the day of the appointment, their tech Steven K. came on time and was very professional. He fine tuned our two systems and what I liked most about Steven K. as well as the company over all is that they never once pushed any additional services/features that most companies do.
The only thing Steven K. recommended and fortunately, it's the one thing we were looking for is installing a humidifier to our main floor HVAC. Our sons wake up with dried throats on winter mornings and so this humidifier would be a blessing. Also, the price I was quoted was very reasonable.
On the day of the install, Steven K. again came on time and was able to finish the install in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to the install, he left the overall workspace very clean and tidy.
I would highly highly recommend this for any and all HVAC inspections/tune ups/repairs etc.

Moises came out to assess our furnace. Despite it being over 18 years old, he gave us a fair price on a fix and attempted to do a free adjustment to the fan so we could use the heat for another day or two. Unfortunately our furnace was too far gone for that. We decided to replace it and he was very good at explaining the work that was needed and quoted a fair price for a higher end product. Much cheaper than the other company that came out. No pressure, just friendly, helpful and fair priced.

Kwon worked hard to clean my air ducts. When he didn’t complete the job the first time due to lack of a high ladder, he came back.

This is a legitimate five-star review from a satisfied customer, as you can see from the attached photos. The first one shows the installed furnace followed by one of Aaron, Oscar and David posing by the Trane heat pump outside (Alex had already left). The third is David and Oscar working on my ductless mini-split heat pump. The last image shows the exterior unit of the ductless mini-split installed in my garage.
The whole crew were very skilled, efficient and friendly. They went the extra mile to insure a satisfied customer. Alex came to my house and gave me the initial quote. After I had received several other quotes, Alex and the owner Tyler came back and made me an offer better than my current HVAC company. Tyler also added the mini-split heat pump I wanted and duct cleaning to the same low price.

The whole crew were very skilled, efficient and friendly. They went the extra mile to insure a satisfied customer. Alex came to my house and gave me the initial quote. After I had received several other quotes, Alex and the owner Tyler came back and made me an offer better than my current HVAC company. Tyler also added the mini-split heat pump I wanted and duct cleaning to the same low price.

Today your man Alex came to show me the pros and cons of a mini split for my house, especially for one room in the house, a bedroom. I was most impressed with his presentation and his care and his sensitivity to my concerns. I do not think I will invest in a mini split. But he and I talked about,which was his idea of replacing my heat pump that's not working. I hope that he will come back and give me an estimate for it, or to see if it just neefs servicing. He will work up a diagnostic for it and we will proceed from there.0 I'm very interested in replacing it if if indeeds needs replacement. I requested an estimate for a complete replacement of my old heat pump. Alex Hittle was my estimator. I have had many estimators come to my home for many projects but never have I had anyone do such a complete replacement and professional job of explaining the process and procedures of replacing a product. These guys are the real deal. They worked really hard to get the business, they want it, they’ll do anything required to get the AC to work at its full potential, thier prices are better than any of these horrible alternatives, they get the job done quick. My AC went out in August these guys had a new one up in less than a few days. They also offer financing that was really impressive. Stop looking, just do yourself a favor and go with them.

Our furnace fan died before a 3-day holiday weekend, in a period of high humidity. We were not too concerned that it took about a week to notice the failure, get a diagnosis, order the part, and replace it. But what that combination triggered – exacerbated by an undiscovered open gap in a pipe intended to exhaust humidity to the outside -- was an explosion of mold in our basement apartment bathroom and furnace room.
Another company had been contracted to deal with the mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls as well as that which was beginning to cover the surface of everything in the area. That company did not handle the air ducts, leaving us to research and find SwiftPro and Aaron.
Under such circumstances, it is not often you begin to quickly feel trust in what someone is telling you what is needed to fix the issue. It did not take long at all to experience that rarity with Aaron of SwiftPro. I smelled gas in my house and urgently needed someone to come out and assess the situation. I called SwiftPro and spoke to Nate.
