Aaron is great ! He explained to me about how they clean the dryer vent, he replaced my old one with a flex type vent duct, he showed me the camera he used to see into the dryer vent. Very professional answered all my questions . Definitely 10 out of 10.

My technician was very nice patient kind and gave great recommendations. However when I made the appointment base off a recommendation I told the company this was not a plumbing issue but a leak in caulk or grout and the caulk and/grout needed to be to be replaced. They said okay. My technician didn’t seem to believe it wasn’t a plumbing leak till I showed him. Only for him to tell me I had a crack I. The grout and since I was having it replaced in the 10 weeks try not to get it too wet. They don’t do the repair I needed. $49 later. A trip to Lowe’s and a guess. I’m trying to make my own repair. Not mad a te h but the company for not believing me and still charging me for something I told them was wrong and they still came out knowing they couldn’t do they job. And I had to leave work early. Smh

Had the water heater replaced and a quote for my HVAC. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Prices were decent. Would use again.

Edis was incredible! Above and beyond! He educated me on my system and what was going on. He found a wasp nest, went to home depot and got something to get rid of it and then proceeded to fix my unit. Thank you Edis!

Aaron and Marshal did a great job. There were professional and respectful. Aaron had AC units more efficient and maintenance free.

We just had an Amana variable speed, dual fuel heat pump / gas furnace installed. Oscar, Felix, and Elijah did a great job with installation. No issues, they answered my questions, got me set up with the thermostat app, and the system was running fine (and quietly!) right away. Good sales experience including the owner of the business reaching out to answer our questions and help us decide on the best system for our house and goals. Good warranty and I appreciate that SwiftPro is a locally owned business.

SwiftPro HVAC came out to do a plumbing maintenance check. The check was included with my recent new HVAC installation. The technician (James Milligan) was very professional and quickly evaluated my faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine lines, main water intake valve, all cut-off valves and visible pipes. Now I have an estimate for needed maintenance repairs.

Heat exchanger and coolant coils replaced.

Tech was friendly, fine. Service was just ok but they way overcharge. 2200 for generic new toilets when I think parts replacement would’ve sufficed. And I always felt like they were upselling every step. I’ll find another plumber that’s more reasonable and doesn’t give run around.

SwiftPro Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Responsive and Efficient service We had just finished installing new LVP flooring when we ran into problems with two of our toilets. The handyman who reinstalled them had plumbing experience, but one toilet ended up leaking and the other wobbled. Needless to say, we needed a plumber pretty quickly. SwiftPro Heating, Cooling and Plumbing came through for us. They were very responsive from the beginning, Hannah was delightful to work with, and she scheduled us fast and the process was very easy with good communication. The plumber who came out, Zabi, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete everything we needed in a timely manner. We also appreciated the manager working with us on volume pricing since we were installing or reinstalling four toilets. Their price was very reasonable compared with several other plumbers we contacted. Overall, we had a very good experience with Swift Pro. They helped turn a stressful situation into a much easier one, and we appreciated their responsiveness, communication, and quality of work. We will definitely call them again and would recommend Swift Pro to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who shows up on time, communicates well, and gets the job done. Thank you SwiftPro!

We recently had our HVAC system replaced by Swift Pro, and while the process wasn’t without a few hiccups along the way, how the company handled them made all the difference. During the installation, our water heater tank was accidentally dented (replacement was not part of the original plan) but Swift Pro stepped up and agreed to replace it at no cost to us. I want to thank the technicians, but especially Tyler, the owner, for genuinely listening to my concerns and making sure they were addressed. Replacing an HVAC system is a significant, delicate, and expensive investment, and it matters a lot to work with a company that keeps communication open, even when something doesn’t go perfectly the first time. That kind of accountability is rare, and it’s exactly what turned our experience around. Swift Pro is a company that stands behind their work and their word. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.
