I had an HVAC emergency in the middle of the summer and Moises came out immediately to diagnose the problem, and fix it permanently!

He came back later that week to clean the condenser after noticing it was quite dirty. With a 20 year old system, I was expecting an up-sell on a new one, but Moises gave it a clean bill of health!
