Everyone on this page works here. No lead brokers, no subcontracted crew in an unmarked truck,
no bait price that grows once someone is in your basement.
You get the number before the work starts. If the answer is that your equipment has years left
in it, that is the answer you get, and the coupon waits for the job that needs it.

The license is painted on the van, so you never have to take our word for it.

The dryer vent is the one nobody checks
It is $299 as a standalone job and it is in the plan every year, with a pair of photos like
these. The line on the left is what a vent looks like when it has never been cleaned. The dryer runs
longer, the clothes come out damp, and the lint is the part that starts fires.
Straight answers
The five things people call and ask
Can I use a coupon and my member discount together?
No. The terms are one discount per job, so we run both numbers and apply
whichever is bigger. On a $400 plumbing repair the member 15% is $60 and the coupon is $50, so the
membership wins. On a water heater the $200 coupon usually wins. We will tell you which, you do not
have to work it out.
Is the price padded so the discount looks bigger?
Fair question, and the honest answer is that you should not have to take our
word for it. You get the number before anyone starts, so you can say no at the door. Two other
ways to check us: run the
price estimator for a range before you call, and if
you are holding a big quote from anyone, a second
opinion is free.
I already booked. Can I still use one?
The terms say at time of booking, so call and ask before the visit rather
than after. It is easy to fix while the job is still a number on a screen and hard once the work is
priced and done.
Do I have to print anything?
No. Say the code on the phone or put it in the notes when you book online.
There is a print button on the board if you would rather have one on the fridge, and it prints the
coupons with the code and the number on them.
What happens after September 30?
The board changes. Some of these carry over, some do not, and there are
usually different ones for the season. Call and ask what is current rather than holding an expired
code, and if what you need is not on the board we will tell you that too.
The small print
The same terms cover all twelve
Three things worth knowing, then the terms themselves. They are the same for all
twelve coupons, which is why they are here once instead of under each one. The Family Care Plan is
not a coupon: it does not expire with them and its terms are on
the membership page.
One per home
Each coupon is good once per home, on one job. Pick the biggest one that fits and we will put
it on.
Say the code up front
On the phone, or in the notes when you book online. It comes off the estimate before the work,
not after.
It covers the work
The trip charge and the diagnostic fee are their own line, so a coupon does not come off
those.
