SwiftPro Now Opens Every Town Page With the Price: 786 Pages Across 60 Northern Virginia Towns

From a $99 water heater flush and a $300 tankless descale to $298 dryer vent cleaning and a new tank water heater at $2,757 to $7,494 installed, the Chantilly heating, cooling and plumbing company now says what a job costs in the first lines of the page.

CHANTILLY, Va., October 9, 2026. SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has published 786 town pages covering its 15 services across the 60 Northern Virginia towns it serves, and every one of them opens with the price. A homeowner in Bristow looking up a water heater flush, or one in Leesburg pricing a new furnace, reads the number in the first two sentences, before anything else on the page.

“People shouldn’t have to call three companies to find out what a water heater flush costs. We already put every price in writing before we start a job. Now it’s on the page before you even call.”

What the pages say

Flat-rate work prints one price. A tank water heater flush is $99, normally $199, and a tankless descale is $300, regularly $350, both with a whole-home plumbing check. Dryer vent cleaning is $298 on its own. A whole home air duct cleaning is $598, regularly $798. A sump pump replacement in an existing pit is $697 installed. A heating or cooling diagnostic visit is a flat $99.

Replacement jobs print the honest range from SwiftPro’s price book and link to an estimator that gives a household its own number. A new tank water heater runs $2,757 to $7,494 installed, with the permit, the expansion tank, the drain pan and hauling the old tank away included.

Why the price comes first

Search engines and AI assistants answer cost questions by quoting the opening of a page. SwiftPro’s own flush pages were the first to lead with a price, and they are the ones answer engines picked up. Putting the price in the first two sentences of every town page means the number a homeowner sees in an answer is SwiftPro’s real one, with a link to the page it came from.

“A price on a page is something you can hold us to. Same book in every town, and the tech still writes it down before touching anything.”

Written for each town

Each page is about its own town: the water utility and its published hardness, which permit office handles the job, the age of the homes from Census figures, and the local weather and storm history that shape the work. Pages that couldn’t be written from true, sourced local facts weren’t published. Every town and its pages are listed at goswiftpro.com/service-areas.

Questions people ask

Are the prices on SwiftPro’s town pages what customers actually pay?

They come from the same price book the technicians use, in every town. Before any work starts, the technician writes the price down and the customer says yes or no.

Why do some services show a range instead of one price?

Replacement jobs depend on the house: fuel, venting, size and efficiency. Those pages show the price book’s range and link to an estimator that gives an exact number for the household.

Is there a charge to come out?

A heating or cooling diagnostic visit is a flat $99. Comfort+ members get the diagnostic included.
