Thanks for coming out to
Vienna Oktoberfest.
We proudly serve Vienna and all of Northern Virginia with heating, cooling, plumbing and duct cleaning, with 24/7 emergency service whenever you need us. Thank you to everyone who came by booth P29 and entered to win a new Rheem water heater or a Trane furnace, installed free. The whole-home duct cleaning is still $495, plus a box of cookies, when you book by October 31.

What a day on Church Street.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by booth P29, filled in a slip and told us how old their water heater is. And a big thank you to the local firefighters who let us squeeze in behind their fire safety table for a photo. Fire Prevention Week started the very next morning.
Clogged dryer vents start house fires. Let’s clean yours, and a neighbor’s.
This October, we clean a second dryer vent free for a friend, neighbor or family member in Northern Virginia, with the $199 membership or a $298 cleaning.
Give the gift of safetyEntries are closed. Now we check the tanks.
First we verify the age of the oldest water heaters entered, off the data plate on each tank, to find the oldest one. Then we hold the Trane furnace drawing. We will reach out to both winners by phone and email as soon as each one is decided.
Vienna Oktoberfest, Saturday October 3.
The Vienna Business Association runs it and closes Church Street for the day: music, food, a kids area and a few hundred vendors. We are booth P29 in the Marketplatz, the parking lot across Church Street from Dominion Road. Their site has the schedule, the map and the parking, which is the part worth reading before you drive in.
Oldest water heater wins a new one.Plus a drawing for a free Trane furnace, installed by SwiftPro.

No purchase necessary. Entries are closed, and we will reach out to both winners directly. Full rules are at the bottom of this page.
Rheem and Trane are trademarks of their respective owners.
Enter your old water heater in the fair.
Biggest pumpkin takes the ribbon at the county fair. Here it is the oldest water heater, and the ribbon is a new 50 gallon tank, installed. Read the year off the side of your tank, put it on an entry, and if nobody beats it, it is yours. The furnace comes off the same entry, drawn at random. Entering is free and takes a minute.
At the booth
Neighbors filled in a slip at booth P29 and dropped it in the box. Everyone who entered at the booth took home a free SwiftPro glasses cloth.
Right here, online
Online entries are closed. Same entry, same two prizes, one entry per household either way.
Entries are closed. Thank you to everyone who entered. We are verifying the oldest water heaters and holding the Trane furnace drawing, and we will reach out to both winners by phone and email.
Before you enter, go and read your water heater
There is a sticker or a metal plate on the side of the tank with a manufacture date on it, usually near the top. That year is what decides prize one. If you cannot find it, enter anyway and put “not sure”. We will help you read it, and knowing the number is worth having even if you do not win: a tank past about twelve years is on borrowed time, and it is cheaper to replace one on a Tuesday you chose than on the coldest weekend of the year.
We announce both winners on Facebook and Instagram.
We call and email both winners first, then post the results on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us and you will see it the day it happens.
Current Oktober offers.
Every one of these starts with something you have already noticed in your own house. Here is what it usually means, what we actually do about it, and what you are left with.
- You have noticed
- Somebody handed you a quote for thousands of dollars and you have no way to tell whether it is fair.
- What we do
- Come out, look at the same system, and price the same job ourselves. If the other company is right, we will tell you that.
- What you get
- A second number in writing, an honest read on whether the work is even needed yet, and nobody leaning on you. No charge either way.
- You have noticed
- Rusty or cloudy hot water, a rumble or a popping sound from the tank, a toilet that runs, a drain that has got slow.
- What we do
- Flush the sediment out of the water heater, then walk the whole house: supply lines, shutoffs, drains, toilets, the pressure at the hose bib.
- What you get
- Years back on the tank, the small leak found while it is still small, and a written list of what is fine and what is not. Photos of anything we flag.
- You have noticed
- Two or three cycles to dry one load. The laundry room gets hot. Lint collecting around the door, or a faint burning smell.
- What we do
- Put a camera in, photograph what is there and show you. Then open the line and brush and vacuum it end to end, from the back of the dryer all the way out to the hood on the wall, and check that the flap actually opens.
- What you get
- One cycle again, a lower power bill, a dryer that lasts longer, and the packed lint that starts house fires out of your wall. Before and after photos when we can. It is $199 with a duct cleaning, and included in the membership below.
- You have noticed
- Dust settling back on the furniture a day after you cleaned. Weak air out of the far bedrooms. The house smelling closed up when the system kicks on.
- What we do
- Put a camera in and photograph what we find, so you see the current condition before we start. Then clean every supply and every return, the trunk lines and the blower.
- What you get
- Less dust to chase and air that actually reaches the rooms you paid to heat. When we can get a clear shot, you also get before and after photos of your own ductwork, so you are not taking our word for it. Plus a box of cookies when you book.
The Comfort+ membership, $199 a year.
One price, the whole house looked after for a year:
- Heating maintenance visit every fall
- Cooling maintenance visit every spring
- Water heater flush, with a plumbing safety inspection
- Dryer vent cleaning every year, the $298 job, included
- 15% off any service
Sign up at the booth and we will book the dryer vent cleaning first, before the holidays. The membership pays for itself on the dryer vent cleaning alone.
Pick a time that works. It takes about a minute.
Choose the service and the slot you want and it lands straight on our schedule. Mention Oktoberfest when we call to confirm the appointment. Prefer a person? Call (703) 997-9757.
Come meet the whole crew.

Two prizes: official rules
- No purchase necessary. Entering, and winning, does not require buying anything from SwiftPro, and buying something does not improve your chances.
- Who can enter. You must be 18 or older and own a home inside SwiftPro’s Northern Virginia service area. One entry per household, and one household can win only one prize. SwiftPro employees and their households are not eligible.
- How to enter. Fill in an entry slip at the SwiftPro booth on Church Street on October 3, 2026 between 11am and 7pm and drop it in the entry box, or enter online on this page by 11:59pm on October 4, 2026. One entry covers both prizes.
- The prizes. (a) One 50 gallon tank water heater, delivered and installed by SwiftPro as a like-for-like replacement of an existing tank water heater, including standard permit and haul-away. (b) One Trane gas furnace, supplied and installed by SwiftPro as a like-for-like replacement in a home with existing compatible ductwork, flue and gas supply. Tankless or hybrid water heaters, system upsizing, relocation, electrical or gas changes, duct or flue corrections, code corrections and any other upgrade are available at the winner’s cost and are quoted before work starts. No cash value, no substitution, not transferable.
- How the water heater is decided: oldest unit wins. This one is not a random draw. Each entry names the year its water heater was made. The oldest verified unit wins. Age is read from the manufacture date on the unit’s data plate or decoded from its serial number, and the winner shows SwiftPro that plate, in person or by photo. If an entry cannot be verified, the next oldest is contacted. If two verified units share the same manufacture year, the winner among them is drawn at random.
- How the furnace is decided. It is drawn at random on Monday, October 5, 2026, on video, from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of entries.
- How winners are announced. Both winners are announced on SwiftPro’s Facebook and Instagram on Monday, October 5, 2026, including video of the draw. Entering does not require a Facebook or Instagram account, and this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
- Claiming. Winners are contacted by phone and email. If we cannot reach a winner within 7 days, or a winner is not eligible, another name is drawn or the next oldest unit is contacted. Winners have 90 days from October 5, 2026 to schedule installation. Installation is scheduled at a mutually agreed time and requires safe access to the equipment.
- Your information. By entering you agree SwiftPro may call or email you about the prizes and the Oktoberfest offers. Text messages are sent only if you ticked the box; reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell or share entry information.
- Sponsor. SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, 4230 Lafayette Center Dr N, Chantilly, VA 20151, (703) 997-9757. Virginia license #2705192276. These prizes are offered by SwiftPro alone and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Vienna Business Association or the Town of Vienna.
