Buy one, gift one, book by october 31This October, we clean a second dryer vent free for a friend, neighbor or family member in Northern Virginia, with the $199 membership or a $298 cleaning.
We check your furnace or heat pump before winter. For $229 (regularly $467) we also pull the blower wheel and clean it blade by blade, fit a new filter, set your dampers for winter and tune the furnace.
We drain and flush the tank, check the anode rod and test the relief valve, then go through the house’s plumbing with photos, included. Tankless? The descale is $300, regularly $350.
A new cast iron pump in your existing pit, a quiet check valve, new pipe to the discharge, the old pump hauled away and a bucket test before we leave. A water alarm comes with it, free.
Put in a new AC with its matching coil and a basic single-stage gas furnace goes in with it, installed together. Get your estimate this week and the free furnace is written on it.

Can I use a coupon and my member discount together?
No. The terms are one discount per job, so we run both numbers and apply whichever is bigger. On a $400 plumbing repair the member 15% is $60 and the coupon is $50, so the membership wins. On a water heater replacement right now, the $500 off wins. We’ll tell you which, you don’t have to work it out.
Is the price padded so the discount looks bigger?
Fair question, and you shouldn’t have to take our word for it. You get the number before anyone starts, so you can say no at the door. Two other ways to check us: run a price estimator for a range before you call, and if you’re holding a big quote from anyone, a second opinion is free.
I already booked. Can I still use one?
Call and ask before the visit rather than after. It’s easy to fix while the job is still a number on a screen and hard once the work is priced and done.
Do I have to print anything?
No. Say the code on the phone or put it in the notes when you book online. There’s a print button on the board if you’d rather have them on the fridge, and the printed coupons carry the code and the number.
What happens when an offer ends?
It comes off this page. The coupons and the gift of safety run through October 31, the heating check through December 31, and the membership has no deadline. Some offers carry over and some change with the season, so check back, or call and ask what’s current.
