I’ve been searching for a reasonable furnace and A/C replacement for the better part of six months for my aging systems. SwiftPro was one of my original estimates along with six other companies. I had small companies and large companies quote me for similar systems with a range of cost from $9,000 to $30,000. My preference is always to support local businesses over large corporate run companies. SwiftPro wasn’t the cheapest and far from the most expensive. After working with Tommy and Tyler at SwiftPro, we settled on a very reasonable price and I replaced my furnace, A/C and water heater. SwiftPro has excellent customer service, an exceptional warranty and the install team was amazing. Hopefully I don’t have to do this project again anytime soon. But if I do, I would use SwiftPro again! As a bonus, the turn around time was very fast.

Yes. It’s a basic single-stage gas furnace that goes in with your new air conditioner and matching coil, all installed together. It prints as $0.00 on your estimate. What you pay for is the AC, the coil and the installation.

Why would anyone give away a furnace?

What if my furnace still works fine?
Then you can keep it and we’ll quote the AC on its own. The free furnace only comes with the full swap. Most people take the new one and let us haul the old one away.
Is my house a standard direct swap?
Most Northern Virginia homes are. The new equipment goes where the old equipment sits, same fuel, same ductwork, same electrical. If yours needs more, like a new gas line, a relocation or duct changes, the tech tells you before install day and it shows as its own line.
Does somebody have to come out to give me a price?
