On October 5, 2026 we read the published membership plans of 13 heating, cooling and plumbing companies across Northern Virginia and put Comfort+ next to every one. Comfort+ is the only plan that includes a dryer vent cleaning, the only one with both a dryer vent cleaning and a water heater flush, and the only one that says your repair bills count toward a new system. Paid by the year, it’s also the lowest published price for a year of heating and cooling maintenance.

How we checked: we read each company’s own membership page on September 30, 2026 and again on October 5, 2026, and counted only what the page says. One plan lists “as low as $19.95” without saying per month or per year, so it isn’t ranked on price. Plans change, so ask any company for its current terms before you compare.
