A Barn Becomes a Home
Long before any of this, Tyler Griffin was swinging a hammer beside his parents, helping turn an old barn into a family home. Surrounded by sawdust and strong values, he learned what it means to take pride in the work and to serve people with care.

He came up through the field rather than the office, labouring first, then leading high-performing teams across several states. The habits that stuck came from the jobs where the work was hardest and the shortcuts were most tempting.
