Nextdoor Neighborhood Faves
30 neighborhoods in 2026. Two in 2025.
Faves are voted by neighbors on Nextdoor. Nobody applies for one, nobody can buy one, and we offered nothing in exchange for a vote. Here is every neighborhood exactly as Nextdoor lists it. Each sign opens that neighborhood’s Faves page.
Chantilly21
Catharpin1
Nextdoor splits big communities into several neighborhoods, which is why South Riding shows up more than once. Each one voted on its own.

Questions people ask
Can a company pay for a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave?
No. Faves come from neighbors’ votes on Nextdoor, and Nextdoor bars businesses from offering anything in exchange for one. We didn’t.
Why does South Riding appear more than once?
Nextdoor splits big communities into several neighborhoods, each with its own members and its own vote. SwiftPro won in more than one of them, so each is listed the way Nextdoor lists it.
How do I check a contractor’s license in Virginia?
Search the license number or the company name on the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation’s license lookup. Ours is Class A #2705192276.
Is SwiftPro BBB accredited?
Yes. SwiftPro has been BBB Accredited since November 2024 and holds an A rating.
