Nextdoor Neighborhood Faves 2026, read from SwiftPro’s Nextdoor page on October 7, 2026
Neighborhood Faves are Nextdoor’s yearly award for local businesses, and neighbors decide them by voting on Nextdoor. Businesses don’t apply and can’t pay to win, and Nextdoor’s rules bar offering anything in exchange for a vote. SwiftPro offered nothing.
Where the votes came from
Nextdoor files each neighborhood under a town: 21 under Chantilly, 4 under Centreville, 2 under Ashburn, 2 under Leesburg and 1 under Catharpin. Of the Chantilly neighborhoods, 5 carry the South Riding name, because Nextdoor splits large communities into several neighborhoods and each one votes on its own.
