What you’re seeing in this video
A young SwiftPro tech in a black polo, backwards cap and backpack stands in front of the wrapped SwiftPro van holding a tablet. The question on screen: when did you really make a difference for a customer?
He answers to camera between calls, gear still on his back and tablet in hand. It's a short clip about the part of the trade that never shows up on an invoice: how a customer feels after the tech pulls away.
Why it matters in your house
- The calls customers remember are rarely the big installs. It's the tech who explains what broke, shows the old part, and leaves the closet cleaner than he found it.
- Ask your tech to show you what he found. A photo or the worn part in your hand tells you more than a line on the paperwork.
- Young techs who care about the customer become the senior techs you want in your house ten years from now. That's worth noticing when you see it.
What does good HVAC customer service look like?
Someone shows up when they said, explains the problem in plain words, gives you the price before starting, cleans up, and tells you what to watch for next. If something goes wrong later, they answer. None of that is fancy. It's just rare enough that people leave reviews about it.
