Water where it shouldn’t be
On the 20151 side, Fairfax Water suggests marking the main valve so anyone in the house can close it fast. Marked or not, do these in order.
On a dry day, take ten minutes to find your shutoff valves and label the main. If a pipe has already split, read what to do with a burst pipe.

Fairfax Water or Loudoun Water
20151 is on Fairfax Water and Fairfax County sewer. 20152, the South Riding side, is on Loudoun Water. The rules split on the sewer line, so check your bill: Fairfax County puts the whole lateral on the homeowner, and Loudoun Water handles the stretch under the street.
